The Taj Mahal is located on the banks of the Yamuna River in a Mughal garden covering nearly 17 acres in the Agra region of Uttar Pradesh.

Taj Mahal means “Crown Palace” and is in fact the most well preserved and architecturally beautiful tomb in the world.
